Hours: Functions must close at 12 am and all guests off the premises by 12.30 am. Security will be on course to ensure that this happens.
Bookings: All bookings are to be approved in advance by the Club AND Booked with Classic Cuisine.
Responsibility: The person or organisation booking the function is responsible for charges and other obligations with the conditions of hire. It is the Hirer’s responsibility that all guests remain in the designated lounge areas only.
Breakages or Damage to TRC Property: These will be at the cost of the Hirer.
Cleaning: If you choose to clean the lounge and leave the lounge exactly the way it was found it will involve no further cleaning cost. If you choose to pay for the cleaning (see cost below) we expect the lounge or surrounding area to be left as found on arrival. All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided. Please ensure any broken glass is cleared and safely disposed of.
Cleaning Cost: $50-200.00 depending on time needed to clean the lounge
NB. The Club expect bottles and rubbish to be picked up outside of the lounge in the surrounding areas. Horses are the number one priority on the racecourse and must not be put in any danger.
